As an image guru, I have come across many fashion designers and design firms that have come and gone, some with much ado and some without any fanfare at all. The ones that I remember, throughout my extensive career, have always invariably had “a look” and PLEIN SUD has always met that criteria for me and my clients.
Now granted, most mere mortals aren’t pop stars, supermodels or wealthy socialites, but you don’t have to be one those creatures of fiction and fantasy to wear PLEIN SUD. All you need is the desire for something that’s chic and different and won’t go out of style in one season!

I first came across PLEIN SUD in my tenure as the Fashion Director for MTV and found that it served my purposes for an MTV diva named Downtown Julie Brown…. so if it was good enough for her, well then it must be fantastic. And you know what, I happen to know that she still has some of the more racier and editorial PLEIN SUD pieces in her wardrobe today!

So the point of this brief entry is that fashion houses and design firms come and go and then come and go again, even if they were the darlins' of Ms. Wintour or some other fashion empress (i.e Isaac Mizrahi, David Cameron, Stephen Sprouse, etc, etc, etc) but it's longevity and "sustaining power" that will carry a line for 20 years or more......and that is sustaining power! You really can’t go wrong with the designs of PLEIN SUD by FAYCAL AMOR and the investment is truly worth it! Enjoy the new Fall season!
